This box takes the guess work out of buying custom beef

Each box contains 50 pounds of locally raised beef.

Steaks are cut to 1” thickness and packaged 2 per pack.

Roasts are 2.5 - 3 pounds each.

50 Pound Beef Box Includes:

• 1 Pack of NY Strip Steaks & 1 Pack of Filet Mignon OR 2 Packs of T-Bone Steaks

• 1 Pack Rib Eye Steaks

• 2 Packs of Sirloin Strip Steaks

• 3 Packs of Cube Steaks

• 5 Beef Roasts (Chuck, Eye of Round, Sirloin)

• 2 Packs Short Ribs

• 3 Packages of Stew Meat

• 10 lbs of Ground Beef in 1 lb and 2 lb vacuum sealed packages

• 1 Brisket Roast
