Quarter Style Beef Box - March/April Delivery

This box takes the guess work out of buying custom beef while giving you both the benefits of cut choices and price.

Each box contains 100 - 110 pounds of locally raised beef. You p steak options and package sizes at check-out. There are no additional charges for the quarter beef box - this price includes processing and packaging. Steaks are cut to 1 1/4” thickness and Roasts are 2 - 3 pounds each.

Quarter Beef Box Includes:

• 4 NY Strip Steaks & 4 Filet Mignon OR 4 T-Bone Steaks

• 4 Rib Eye Steaks OR 1 Prime Rib Roast

• 4 Sirloin Strip Steaks OR Sirloin Tip Roast

• 4 Round Steaks OR 6 Cube Steaks

• 2 Chuck Pot Roasts OR Add to Ground Beef

• 1 Arm Roast

• 1 Rump Roast

• 1 Round Roast OR Add to Ground Beef

• 3 Short Ribs

• 3 - 4 Packages of Stew Meat

• 30 lbs of Ground Beef in 1 lb or 2 lb vacuum sealed packages (Possibly more dependent on customer selections)

• 5 Packs Burger Patties (4 - 1/2 lb or 1/4 lb patties in each pack)

• 1/2 size Brisket

• 3 Packages of Soup Bones

*All meat products come frozen and ready for your freezer

*All meat products are hormone free

* Animal are grass fed and corn finished for marbling and flavor

*All animals are born, pasture raised and fed, and butchered in Almost Heaven - West Virginia
